We at Active Academy are now looking for leaders for Knatteskutt, Sweden's largest sports school for children aged 1-4 years. We are looking for someone who:

• Loves to work with children

• Has rhythm and movement in their body

• Has experience leading activities for children, preferably younger children, or has a long sports background and has been a leader for children in another context (e.g., preschool, school, babysitting)

As a person, you are confident and secure in yourself!

What is Knatteskutt?

At Knatteskutt, children get to jump, run, dance, and play with a ball. Here we mix different sports activities in a playful and fun way.

We work from a ready-made session plan which means that all sports tracks, exercises, and games are pre-planned. As a leader, you can then focus all your attention on spreading wonderful movement joy! 

As a leader, you will receive coaching during the term, participate in a leadership training, and you will be part of a fantastic leadership team of over 300 leaders.

You will simply have the world's most fun part-time job that gives you experiences and merits working with children's groups.

 Info about the employment:

• Hourly employment

• The work will take place during spring 2026 starting week 5.

• The sessions are scheduled on Sundays between 09:30-11:30.

MERIT: You are welcome to study to become (or have completed) a preschool teacher or similar education. You may have attended an aesthetic program in high school, worked as a group training instructor, or have another dance education or similar. This is not a requirement to apply; you can still have the right personality.
